That is one ugly Mickey Mantle forgery listed by Ebay seller Majorettaeca.

Hello,

being the seller , I ask if you are a recognized expert as recognized pillar in the authenticating community because I ,MAJORETTECA BEING A POWER SELLER WITH A FEEDBACK OF 14020 WITH 99.6 POSITIVE RATIO OFFER A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ON THE AUCTION IF THE BUYER SENDS THE CARD TO PSA/DNA OR BECKETT JSA SERVICE AND THEY CANNOT GUARANTEE AUTHENTICITY .THE BUYER CAN GET 100% REFUND OF GRADING FEES AND 100% OF AUCTION COST (as long as item and proof is sent back to WWW.MAJORETTE.CA).

NOW , I (the ebay seller:MAJORETTECA) ASK THAT YOU FORUM MEMBER(Christopher Williams ) WITHIN 24HOURS RETRACT THIS UNFOUNDED NEGATIVE COMMENT AND POST AN APOLOGY ON THIS FORUM AND ANY OTHER THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE UNKNOWINGLY DONE THE SAME.

AFTER 24 HOURS , THE FORUM MEMBER Christopher Williams WILL BE liable for any damages resulting from the negative and unfounded post/remark and legal actions will be taken .

fyi: I  unlike you ,I have messages from concerned buyers that referred me to your forum post asking me why you would post this comment.

The signature is a forgery. Why should he remove the post?

Buyers don't be fooled by this seller trying to sound legal. Nothing the seller can do about the post. The seller, MAJORETTECA would first need to prove the signature is authentic. Chris Williams would not need to prove it is a forgery.

Post legal proof that would name CW "liable for any damages" with references. He holds no responsibility for your items at all. The web is a free wind area. Meaning he can LEGALLY post and question any item he wishes. That's the beauty of the world wide web. Nobody has called you outside your name, or made threats to your person, so you have no case against CW. These guys know the law inside and out and many have charged and faced forgers in a court of law, so please don't try to intimidate anyone here. It won't get you anywhere.

it is an ugly forgery, power seller Majoretteca with feedback of 14020.  Who is more liable, the person selling the forgery, or the person reporting it?

Bad forgery, and typical response from a forgery seller. *yawns*
Also, nobody needs to be a certified authenticator to tell that this is questionable at the VERY least. I don't even collect sports sigs, and even I know better than to touch this Mantle. The audacity you have to demand that CW/ Erich not only remove this post, but apologize publicly is hilarious. No chance in hell, but thanks for the laughs.

I have a better idea, JP.

How about you apologize to the hobby community for listing such an awful Mickey Mantle forgery.

If you or the buyer submit your above Mickey Mantle "signed" card to PSA or JSA, and they authenticate it, I will pay the fees, buy the card and post an official apology to you....

Up to the challenge, JP?

When PSA or JSA rejects it, you owe us (the hobby community) an apology....

What about it, JP?  Up to the challenge?

The Tom Selleck and Bobby Orr "signed" cards he has for sale also look very questionable.

Here's a nice cropped view of your Mickey Mantle "signed" card.  Let's take a real close look at this "beauty."

With a few hours to go the bidding is up to a whopping $26.00......

By the way, JP, contained in every Ebay auction reads the following:  Seller Assumes All Responsibility For This Listing.

Hilarious!!!!

Hello, I am new here and was just looking at some of yall's postings on the different Mantle fakes styles.  Is this one the one that looks like "milky mantle"?  I have a Mantle photo I'd like opinions on, so I'm trying to learn as much as possible.
