Thomas Kotte is one of my favorite european dealers. You can trust him.
Whether the list price is realistic is a matter I defer to the opinions of the Beatles experts here.

I bought my first ever Beatles items from Kotte back in the day. This is a beautiful item but way overpriced by a factor of two or three.

The last time I looked, all of Kotte's extensive selection of Beatles material seemed over-priced by a factor of 2 or 3.

I don't say what the price is, but it is a very beautiful piece.

A saw the John photo for sale on the site of German dealer Kotte - now a highly premium priced autograph vendor of beautiful historical pieces. When I first started collecting I bought many items from this dealer for a reasonable amount, before it sent upmarket, including the very first Beatles of my collection, this autographed Paul photo for just about $350. Many many Beatles purchases later it is Still in my possession after all these years. I have all my items in my collection including this authenticated by Tracks or Frank Caiazzo.
