i did post a signed photo from al pacino a while ago which i received from his management years ago and the answer was what i expected ''secretarial'' but now i found this signed baseball on ebay authenticated by james spence (jsa) signed the same way and thought to post it and curious from what you think...you can't say it's different because they match for 100%

JSA is not above making mistakes so it's very possible they authenticated a fake, if the Pacino ball picture is the same one or similar signature as a certified one. The company employee rendering his opinion probably figured it had no personalization and wasn't an item generally sent through the mail so deemed it genuine.

Baseball is not authentic.

Why would anyone ask Al Pacino to sign a baseball???

There is a market for autographed baseballs, even if the signer is not a baseball player.  I agree that the autograph is atypical.

Agree, I am looking for a Joe Walsh, Don Henley and Glen Frey signed baseball.
