Are These Authentic?

My friend in Ohio was considering bidding on this for an auction through his Rotary Club. Is this authentication service legitimate? It looks a little suspect to me. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This definitely isn’t authentic in my opinion.

Thank you. I was just reading that there have been a lot of “authentication” services that scam non-profits and send them auction items like this. It appears it’s been going on for a while.

Yes, this kind of thing has been going on for quite some time. When a COA mentions forensics, it’s a very bad sign.

I like how they try to hide some of the signatures with their bogus COA. Do they think the buyers are stupid?
