That's from Coach's Corner Auctions (Scott Malack and Lee Trythall).

Funny.

EBAY! OY-VEY! It's a minefield!!

That should be their avatar.

You're hilarious Woody

those are both classic awesomeness giphys

LMAO !!!!

Even more humorous are the seller's beliefs that when they include terms of sale such as, "AS IS", "No returns", "If you don't like it, lump it", and the like, that they can make that stick when a buyer receives it, seeks an opinion, and then opens a claim for "the item does not match the description".

Yes I'm starting to notice the seller's wording more and more to try and  eliminate responsibility.

It's really getting sickening.

I guess the seller hopes that a buyer naive enough to buy a bogus Ruth with a phony "Barry Halper" letter, they will also be naive enough to believe they can't attempt to get a refund when they have been defrauded.

Memo to fake sellers: "As-is" doesn't apply to fraud and misrepresentation.
