Kyle, you have to post a larger and clearer photo than that for collectors to opine it.
Here's my initial impression...
That ball looks worn, aged, and scuffed up, but the signature appears to be on top of all that.
Babe Ruth might well have signed such a worn ball, but usually his signature also shows some of the wear on a ball like that.
Just my opinion.
