Nice. This reminded me that I ordered the vinyl somewhere else a long time ago now.

Most likely Townsend Music

Townsend too? i ordered from rosecityworks..  was supposedly limit of 250 but guess not anymore. The website says signed copies sold out but its still letting me go through the checkout process. $31.65 total at Rose City vs $34.26 total at TSL

EDIT: might be an error? I may have had a signed insert in my cart from before and its letting me check out with it in my cart still

I ordered from Townsend Music on March 22 a Kismet Coloured (purple) Vinyl EP $23.00 each…it was offered later since it was on page two of the comments of the Rose City discussion

It's not an error, I just ordered one from them after I saw your post. When you add the vinyl to cart it automatically adds the signed insert.

It’s been randomly going in and out of stock at Rose City for a while. May have been the one already in your cart but i was able to add one and check out a few weeks ago, long after they marked the listing as sold out.

Townsend Music has the best packing in the business. Always super stoked when I receive a package like this because I know I'll have a 1 of 1. Could be a Size 12 boot print stamped on it or maybe it's snapped into a million pieces, who knows. Anyway, it actually survived it's wild ride in 1 piece. It's a Cowboy Junkies signed test pressing inside.

Thanks for sharing. I had to use VPN to access the site as I am not in the US. Otherwise I will get this error message "TalkShopLive may not be accessible in your country".

Bubble mailer of two CDs arrived today,

Both cases were badly cracked- Ho hum, shipping remains a continued weakness for Ingram, despite only sending to me, from a single state away..

Signed inserts were loose between the two sealed CDs- John Mayer mini-size unfortunately, with the "B-scribble" signature that's been posted.

I really hate that TSL gets so much of the good stuff because I really want to quit buying from them, no matter how many times I ask and suggest that they please package their stuff better to prevent damage they just don't seem to care, first these were advertised as coming with a cd sized insert, which is what I want with a cd, and they send the larger inserts with no protection between them and the CDs so of course they are damaged. 3 of the last 4 orders I've gotten from them have been damaged

I agree 100%. And feel the same. My track record with them has been well documented on here. But like you said they get some things that are unavailable elsewhere. One thing to try is place 2 separate orders when buying vinyl and cd versions. I did that with the Belinda's. And mine actually was in good shape. As for CD's I am at about 50/50. Half come cracked on the front which really sucks for the ones that are sealed with the autograph in the front like the Dennis Quaids. I have given up contacting them after the fact because their customer service is terrible. They don't even respond to complaints about the cracks. And all it would take to avoid that is a better mailer.

Yeah the majority of the damaged ones I have received have been cracked cases and each time I decided to complain they just send blank replacement cases, and a couple of those showed up cracked as well so I gave up. if they would just fix the problems with their packaging and customer service they would probably be my favorite company to buy from but since both are horrible I pass on a lot of stuff I may have bought and just go for the ones I can't pass on.
