Does anyone know if there is an import fee to get these sent to the United States and how much that would be? Thanks!

I highly doubt you will have to deal with any duties or taxes. I just ordered the signed Wyman CD. Just the price of the CD and 9 quid airmail fee. I order a lot from all around the world and have never had to deal with duties and taxes. Prices of the items are so low, US customs doesn’t deal with it as they know these have low commercial value.

For anyone who may've missed these a couple days ago as I did (again), I just now noticed a new kick-ass black-and-white that definitely wasn't there the other half a dozen times I've checked back since then.

Many thanks for the heads-up on the these, Van--there's no way I'd have caught this new one in time if you hadn't posted this on the 22nd!
