Hi I got from a guy in Wolverhampton England I was wondering what you all thought if it’s real or not. I have some questions about. First I asked Neville Garrick. Bobs art director he said he was 90 percent sure it was Bobs. They guy I got it from had photos of Bob and Bob stayed at his house during his 1977 Stay in England. I just wanted you guys to see it. The biggest questions I had if you look closely the pen seems to stick in parts of the siguature. I know that with this photo type of photo it can do this. Also the M isn’t consistent with most of his signed M. I think it’s a real autograph but those two questions stick in my head. Thanks in advance.

Looks good to me!

When did you buy this?

I got it from a friend in England. He was friends with Raymond. I bought it from him I just wanted some other opinions. THanks for your thoughts I appreciate it.

Mmm a few years ago

What did you pay for it?

I paid 1k for it... still I look at all his autographs and sometimes it makes me think it’s not real but Bob signed so many different ways. I did just get another one of him signing a survival flat in 1979 Philadelphia. It came with a photo of him singing it so I’m pretty sure that’s legit. I also got a tosh autograph I need to put up to see if that one is real..

I think Paul's right, it's likely real. Roger Epperson, a top music authenticator, is one of the best on Marley. You can get an online opinion from him for $15. Rogerepperson.com

Certainly the signature itself is not typical in every respect (the "o" and "M" in particular) but the inscription looks pretty good and if the provenance stacks up I would think it must be real. I certainly wouldn't worry about the sticky pen - if anything that adds to the chances of it being real.

Agreed, Pug. It's signed on a slick photo in ballpoint, so it needed to be signed more carefully.

I just grabbed this ballpoint signed photo from RR that's quite similar.

That’s a very cool autograph it’s the only one I have seen where he uses natty very cool pick up.

Also with RR I have talked to their experts a couple times. If you look up the Rastaman Vibration poster they sold. They wrote Bob wrote the War speech on the poster etc. That wasn’t true that was Alan Skill Cole who wrote that and signed it. Bob’s handwriting is terrible! Also he wrote Dan which is his tribe in the 12 tribes of Israel in the Rasta Faith. I emailed them and let them know way before the auction about their mistake and they did nothing to correct it. I find their info not the best but their autographs real. Here is a photo of that auction.

That would be epperson department, what a bluster.
