So I’m just starting this to help those still waiting on their orders or otherwise trying to sort out what they have. There are multiple autopen templates involved (see below). As of now, store is accepting returns for refund.

**Credit to AL member Sapphyre who first mentioned autopen and posted her example (on original thread). I was able to match it quickly to AL member R Buck’s, who also posted theirs early on. Thanks to both.

All 3 autopen. 🥲

Thanks.

I agree.  Autopens.

again, not the first article either.

Do any in this photo look like known Autopens?

Are you asking about the Bon Jovi signing picture in the article? If so, I had wondered that too as it would have suggested an even more blatant attempt to deceive…I couldn’t get clear enough examples of the ones on the table to do an accurate comparison but they all looked to be signed towards the top (as previously mentioned somewhere way back)… the autopen ones were signed more in the middle dark area. The ones on the table look like ones that turned out legit on closer examination.

Wow.  That never even occurred to me.  Great question, Steve.

haha, looks like I got a #6. I'm gonna keep it though, it wasn't too pricy. besides, at least I got a cool little insert now, fake or not.

I kept my Ozzy CD for the same reason.  I figured it would make a nice souvenir from the scandal.

Whats the thoghts on these please ?

Bob Peel, They both Look good to me.

*THE BON JOVI FOREVER AUTOGRAPH AUTENTICATION CHECKLIST*:

Here's a checklist I've created and compiled (with help from everyone here on this site's observations).

Hope it helps as it seems to work to Authenticate these:

1. Was Purchased from UK, (preferably Amazon UK, imported from and has a Made in Germany sticker on back of CD).

2. Art Card is packaged outside the CD (CD itself is still sealed in original shrink wrap)

Art Card is NOT inserted inside the shrink wrapped CD.

3. Art Card is "glued" on to CD with Fugitive/tacky glue.

4. Art Card is about the same size as the CD cover and is NOT the much smaller variation of the insert card.

5. Autograph is signed in the top Left hand corner

6. Autograph will "flow" like a natural and real signature should :)

7. Autograph will obviously have no signs of dots/autopen throughout the entire signature.

8. Obviously autograph will NOT match any known exemplars of the Autopen shown on this site!!!

Hope this helps, Jimmy
