Yes I was wondering about the Patterson too.

Mine from WHSmith UK.....

If both sigs are autopen. Was wondering if be able for partial refund if still want to keep book. Since it really be a unsigned book and g to he unsigned book is half price on Waterstones. Just wondering

In hindsight it’s interesting that Dolly never posted video or an image of her signing. She (or her people) are very active on social media and document everything she does. And she does a lot. If she were handsigning I assume it would have been documented and posted.

On Talkshoplive they did state “Randomly Signed”. Has anyone actually got any??

That would be hilariously terrible if they were also autopen.. at this point, I feel she carries around a portable autopen in her purse to use for in person autograph requests

A lot of Dolly signed books sold today on eBay at £50 or best offer. Sell sell sell.

For those who bought their Storyteller book from Chronicle, here is the Hachette Bookstore out of San Francisco:  1800-759-0190

I did get someone to talk to who took my information.

The Dave Grohl books were fine ;)

Hi Drogenbaron,

Thank goodness for that.  LOL.

After reading this thread, I’m nervous about this Dolly autograph I bought last month. Can anyone give me their opinion if it’s real or fake!? Thank you!

That is not signed by a machine. It is either signed by her, or someone else, or it is a facsimile. Check for live ink - does the ink turn orangeish when in the direct glare of a light? If it simply disappears then it is part of the photograph.
