The worthless COA is from Online Sports Autographs.

Online Sports Autographs was part of the first forgery ring I discovered on Ebay.  They all used non-residential addresses (the forgery ring used "Suite" numbers) as part of their scam.  They sold tens of thousands of forgeries to the suckers and wannabe autograph collectors on Ebay.  Ebay eventually shut them down but I'm fairly certain they are still selling forgeries elsewhere.

How anyone in their right mind bought this crap is beyond me.  The forgery ring sold tens of thousands of ugly forgeries including thousands of Derek Jeter forgeries on bats and baseballs.

This is why sellers of forgeries list their crap on Ebay; they know the suckers and wannabe autograph collectors will buy their crap.

And Ebay continues,, as they have for the past twenty years, to profit from the sales of forgeries.
