This is such a laughable and obvious Ted Williams forgery.

So why did it sell for $173.01?

Because as we all know Ebay is heavily populated with wannabe autograph collectors, impulse buyers and suckers who know ZERO about autographs.

Every day on Ebay we see Mickey Mantle, Joe DiMaggio and Ted Williams forgeries sell higher than authentic autographs, and we will continue to expose Ebay sellers of forgeries.
