Looks like his unsigned CDs are limit of 4 per order.

he had a 10 limit on shivers signed I Remmeber

I want to have a signed "complete collection" from this era and I missed out on this unfortunately! :-( Please let me know if you are willing to let one go! Thanks for considering. Have a great day! :-)

Back in stock

Belated thanks for letting us know. I missed the re-stock so I might have eBay help me out with buying this! I got every signed item from this era at retail price so it's not a problem.

Restocked right now and I was able to buy some signed singles :-D

Back in Stock now, after ‘selling out’ again

They just refund me without any explanation

Me too!

The same happened to me too! :(

Well, I received this email from them many days after the refund. I only ordered two copies so I am not sure why that is considered a considerable volume? It is very strange

Dear Customer,

We would like to update you about your order of the, 2step CD (Signed) from Ed Sheeran.

It has come to our attention that you may have purchased a considerable volume of the 2step (Signed) CD, from the official Ed Sheeran online store, and for this reason we have therefore cancelled some or all of your order(s).

We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we consider have breached our transactional Terms & Conditions

If for any reason you have not received your refund within 28 business days, please don’t hesitate to contact us and one of our dedicated customer services agents will be on hand to assist you.

I’m in Minnesota and ordered 2 to have shipped to my mail center in Southampton.
the other day I received an email from Warner saying

It has come to our attention that you may have purchased a considerable volume of the 2step (Signed) CD, from the official Ed Sheeran online store, and for this reason we have therefore cancelled some or all of your order(s).

oh well! Now that I see a photo of one, I wouldn’t it anyway now. Also, yeah, I would not think 2 is an excessive amount but I guess it is.

Maybe it has to do with using a mail center/ forwarding service? If they don't take into account the suite/ PO box/ unit number and consider these as one address, I can understand they believe a considerable amount is going to the same address.
