Both of my orders were canceled today. I ordered pretty immediate. At this point I think this whole thing was just a scam. They still got sales numbers for every order even though they were canceled. And basically an interest free loan from everyone who placed an order.
I have a question. Are there any lawyers on here or anyone know of any? Would just like to pose the question if there is, what would the chances be of a successful class action suit? I haven't heard of anyone on here actually getting what they ordered, at best they got a 'promise' of getting the signed card at a later date but weren't even offered a choice of canceling. We all know how those will probably turn out. And that is just the people on here. I am sure there are probably hundreds or thousands of others who don't even know about this place who got the same middle finger from Warner. They took a lot of money from a lot of people, some of who paid interest on their free loan to them. Just wondering if we have a leg to stand on? Worked for the Bob Dylan scam when everyone united.
I ordered from the Warner Music Canada store and my order still shows as processing. Anyone get a cancellation from them?

I ordered from the US store & just got a full refund for the signed Mick rock cd version. They said it was over sold. They did not cancel my 2nd order though which was the regular cd with signed poster
It does not let me see the order status , but I did not get any email yet from them
Just something I noticed - when putting in your zip, they want the four digit delivery route at the end as well. Otherwise, it will not recognize your zip code.
I ordered 2 of the regular cd from the US shop right when it was posted here, and then 2 of the LPs with signed poster the next day. Oddly I do not see the 1st order in my order history (but I do have the confirmation email). So I'm starting to wonder if my cd order was killed too. At this point I'll be happy to get anything since he's a huge name to me and there was really no upcharge for the signed versions.
I had the same issue - although I was charged (paypal) and had an email confirming the purchase, my order wasn't recorded properly on their system. When I emailed them - they apologized but said they are not able to fulfill the order and refunded the money.
Are you saying they wouldn't have refunded your money unless you complained? Even though they had no intention of ever shipping to begin with..
