The one from We Buy Posters is an in-person example from 1995. The one from Pristine Auction was signed for football star Ken Stabler, and included an LOA stating that it came from his collection.

Thanks, John! I'll add those to the OP shortly.

When I find more I'll post them for u

That would be great. Thanks again!

howdy john, and  you  watched J L Lewis himself  sign all of these over  a number of years?

yup I personally saw jerry sign each one. some we were at dinner together some in his hotel room or backstage at a show

What do you think about this one? It's from a RACC trusted seller. According to the auction description, it was obtained "several years ago while in town for a show."

The eBay listing for this one was ended by the seller. IMO, the signature is consistent with a forgery style. Thanks to the seller and to Ian.

I spoke to the seller about this one, which I haven't looked at myself. The seller said it was "purchased from a local LA grapher who obtained it years ago." He said the auction was ended not due to speculation, but because he is going to be relisting it. He also said it's probably been certified or he will be submitting it soon. (BAS.)

It looks like the style that was offered by eBay seller sportsnmore9999. It even appears to have a extra dot over ‘Lee’ like some of those do. That said, Beckett has authenticated this style signature, so it should pass.
Here's an example from that seller:
