Michael Jackson drawings (Miscell inc. 'Historic portraits' and 'Disney characters')

I'm noticing a sudden influx of MJ signed Michael Jackson drawings coming on to the auction market, which seem to share the common themes of either 'portraits of historical figures'  or 'Disney characters'.

Both of these themes are of course recognised from Michaels' drawings both at a young age and later in life, but it is interesting that so many new drawings are being released on to the market at the same time.

Here are some current examples:

Wascher, PSA/DNA does in that they will remove the item from their database.

Steve,

What in the world are you talking about?  I have never once stated I hosted anything (collectors shows included)

That IS my real name.

How about a little honesty and a little less fabrications.

JEFF

Looks like the only joke here may be you Mr. Jeffects.

Once again you have posted a ridicules statement, your opinion may be coming from another planet.

Goggle any well known professional, leader in their industry, especially a person that fights crime, fraud and exposes the truth and you will find the negative Lies, Deceit, and Inaccuracies. Most coming from people that have been exposed, caught in lies or members of the fraud community. Goggle PSA/DNA, JSA, Steiner Sports, Sothebys,or even Martin Luther King Jr,  Abraham Lincoln, or Pope John Paul, I am sure you will find the negatives if you want to....

The people that have written a lot of the negative comments were people that have or are now being exposed. They hide behind fake names, keyboards and blogs, while only a couple of years ago they were witting comments such as.

Mike Frost definitely. Much better than Caiaizzo. Caiazzo never met a Beatle, Frost has often. Seems like everyone is now using him getting away from PSA and JSA.

For Jordan, strongly suggest you utilize the services of "PAAS".

Alex, yes I could examine your Mantle autographs but only can do so if they are shipped to me. I must see them in  person and study the ink, etc.

Should you want a professional to give you an opinion from a scan, the best in the hobby iswww.paasautographs.com

Mike Frost is the person for Mantle.

Thanks for thinking of us.
Steve

Google - sorry for the typo. In the past "Koschal" would usually do the writing using my name. That was before I learned that he was part of the fraud industry I was trying to fight against.

Christopher that's ridiculous
Why do you spend so much time reporting to us about bad sellers and bad coas when you clearly thinks it's the buyers faulty
What an interesting, sometimes funny, awful, yet informative bunch of comments to end the year.

Regarding the so called lynch mob activity towards roger on here, I think people have strong feelings about the guy for several reasons. First, he has the respect of many collectors. Personally I have rarely seen him sell items I found questionable. In other words he has an authentication brand valued by many and usually sales good items.
On the other hand, many on here are often lobbing tons of praise his way and he is always ready to tell you how expert his opinions are. He puffs his chest a bunch and if you question him in a way he doesn't like he has been known to belittle you. He promotes himself as being the best, rarely will admit he has made a mistake and justs rubs some people the wrong way. He is a big target and his work will always be scrutinized.
For me, I would love for him to be a bit more humble, admit whatever happened here and start promoting himself as a good, honest authenticator who usually gets it right and when he doesn't refunds his fee.

If you didn't saw an item sign yourself you are NEVER 100% sure it's genuine, it's as simple as that. Even with 10 COA's.

It's dangerous to immediately call an item a forgery because for instance one of the letters is way off from other example sigs. People can be drunk, tired, rushed,... when signing. For my work in a bank, I see a lot of autographs. Well, sometimes I see 2 sigs from the same person that you wouldn't even say they come from the same person.
Some diplomacy is never bad, they are grey zones, and I have the impression this is getting somewhat out of hand here. If in the Pink Floyd thread Roger Epperson and PSA call an item genuine, you have to be damn sure to call something the worst forgery ever. And of course, Roger makes mistakes like all humans do.

Problem is with these, every single one had the same error.  They are still selling two more items in their upcoming auction with the same two errors on them.  It wasn't just drawings.  And that's where people are just looking.  At the drawings.  It was on notes to Bob's, on a trophy note with an AMA, and on drawings.  The two Bob letters have the same glitch.  My opinion of course.

Your opinion and work in this thread would have me more comfortable with your opinion on an MJ sig over anybody else who has posted on this thread.

You have any puppies due? LOL. Couldn't help myself.

I'm  just burining out by the unscrupulous people in this world.  I plan on adding some goodies tomorrow here and sort of laying out what I know, and about whom I believe could be involved.

Oh and thanks for the kudos too :) I do appreciate it.  Not an easy signature to nail down, but when you have abnormal cookie cutter sigs---something stinks imo

yes you really have done some amazing   work on MJ's sig; - but excuse the stupidity on my behalf but what is a cookie cutter signature?  Is it an extra large signature?
