I'm noticing a sudden influx of MJ signed Michael Jackson drawings coming on to the auction market, which seem to share the common themes of either 'portraits of historical figures' or 'Disney characters'.
Both of these themes are of course recognised from Michaels' drawings both at a young age and later in life, but it is interesting that so many new drawings are being released on to the market at the same time.
Here are some current examples:

I posted the info on the Erick thread if we can discuss these over there... I know its hard because they seem to intertwine, but this one imo is just Erick. Leave what you have here though so that they are addressed with the weird Mickey leg matching up to others. Thanks Lizzie! (I truly believe Erick thinks this is a big joke using that Mickey--unfort its no joke to those dishing out the cash on them).

Here is the above Mickey on another "learn to draw Mickey Mouse" site.
Memorabila Vault doesn't have any signed drawings in their upcoming auction. They sent Roger more to authenticate in December, but he returned them unauthenticated.
Steve,
Did/does Roger own or did he consign any of the questioned art in this discussion to MV or others?
Chad,
I know he didn't consign any to The Memorabilia Vault. They sent drawings to him to authenticate. As far as I know, he's never owned any of it, or consigned it elsewhere. I never asked, though.
For those who remember my messages, I mentioned Richard Fossaas who had a bunch of MJ items and memorabilia... Most of them from Jason Makris...
He recently sold an MJ fedora, with a fake COA/LOA

This was also just sold by Richard Fossaas on eBay. PSA authenticated the drawing here: http://www.psacard.com/DNACert/T02924 It was listed on Nate Sanders site here Feb 2013: http://natedsanders.com/lot-14297.aspx This is the same style signature that I discussed earlier where I made a video overlapped to the original and talked about it here Both are forgeries.
