Just came across your warning to late...LOL
Please help me be sure of this as I need to bust this guy.

yes, Maureen it is fake. it is a well documented forgery, there are thousands of these.  and many of these unscrupulous dealers use bogus Scoredboard Certs to try to give these forgeries some degree of legitimacy.

But it is no doubt a forgery.
