Looks good at first glance, but it's a blurry photo of the photo. It was saved as a low-quality JPG, which is useless to authenticate from.

This scan of it you sent me is way better, thanks! The autograph looks like Mantle's to me, but I'm not sure that the signature wasn't printed with the photo: a photo of a signed photo. Can you tell for sure that the autograph is signed on the photo not part of the photo?

This looks like one of the new batches of forgeries that has been going around.  100% forgery.
