Paul McCartney - PSA says "no" Roger Epperson says "yes."

I find this very perplexing.  I found an autograph of Paul McCartney in my everpresent search for the elusive "guaranteed" authentic signature.  You all have been very helpful, and I am hoping you can help me sort this out.  I submitted the following to Roger Epperson, and he deemed it genuine.  I also submitted it to PSA quick opinion and it came back "likely not genuine."  This confuses me.  I know Roger is very knowledgeable.... why would PSA come back with a negative opinion in this case?  Gar.

The McCartney signature is unusual and at first look I wasn't sure. The "All the best!" inscription is what made me confident that it was real.

PSA means well, I like them but for music, he cannot be beat.

It's definitely real. Roger is right. I don't think there is that much unusual with the signature, except. Larger dip between the r and t in the last name. Not unusual for him to do a bigger, more pronounced P. And Steve is right, the 'all the best' is definitely his writing.

Here's the deal. PSA/DNA Quick Opinion service is WORTHLESS! It needs to be said. Now I'm not talking about their full service, just the Quick Opinion. I have seen their QO service say "Likely Not Genuine" on several things that were in fact quite genuine. They error on the side of caution supposedly, or is it that they really don't give it much thought for your $10? I just wonder how many legitimate sales they have screwed up for legitimate sellers.

To PSA defenders who say "you get what you pay for" or "you're just paying for an opinion" . . . that's a bunch of crap. PSA's irresponsibility can effectively piss on the value of an authentic piece since they are such a big name in authentication. Quick Opinion is pure greed and utter indifference to presenting a quality service. Money grab - nothing more.

Someone posted something recently that they bought from an auction which failed psa but it already had been pre certified psa and Grad had to fix the mess up. Does anyone recall what that was?
