Paul McCartney signed Please Please Me

Interested to know people's thoughts on this Macca PPM - unfortunately the pictures not the best and it's only a first name signature.

This is currently up for auction at Paul Beighton Auctioneers Ltd. scheduled for an October 19th sale. I don’t think it is genuine and it looks similar to the recent rash of McCartney forgeries.
