Rarewaves sells on their website, ebay, amazon etc and tends to be on the cheap side as I do not think they have a storefront and just get stuff from the distributor databases and sell direct to customers. I have ordered from them before and they have been hit and miss on more limited items. Looks like they have had this up for 4 weeks here and on ebay.

Thanks for posting.  I too used rarewaves, but had not followed up yet.  Hopefully this doesn't turn into the ol', sorry, we was to cancel all orders...  It is a great looking book either way
