The Brando is definitely not real
A strange and troubling response there from Gallery of History.
The Brando is definitely not genuine in my opinion.
Hi Bradford, sorry if I've missed something or am being dumb but what exactly did you ask this seller? Cheers, David.
Hi Bradford, okay - if that were me and I got that reply I'd be more than a little concerned! I'd be tempted to go back and ask them why they feel confident enough, in that Brando signature, to issue a CoA that carries their name ie: how did they arrive at the conclusion that this Brando is legit?
Furthermore, in the light that the seller issues a CoA that they say "certifies" "authenticity" - what is their return policy if a buyer is unhappy with the item he\she receives or gets other, independent opinions that cast serious doubt on the authenticity?
Happy and safe collecting, David.
Yes mate !!! It is, of course, entirely up to a seller what he\she wants to ask for an item but I'm always a bit skeptical about sellers who list all their items with prices that are, IMHO, way way above true market value. I've never really seen the logic in that unless they are trying to get folks to make offers 'near' that price but that still allows them to make a "killing". Cheers, David.
