At least I think it is good. Obviously this wasn't signed after he was assassinated but it is post dated, might be one of his last signatures. Very eery to see his signature on a document after he was shot in Dallas.

Very cool!

Amazing but...creepy as well. Talk about a conversation piece! On a personal note, my  grandmother passed away and had sent me a letter a day before she died and it arrived after her passing. It was so odd receiving that letter that I didn't even know was mailed until after the funeral. Guess I was on her mind.

The signature looks good to me as well. The congressman recipient must have had a strange feeling upon opening the envelope!
It's like the several dozen White House 1963 Christmas cards he and Jackie signed the day before they left for Dallas.
Those signed cards I think are worth a small fortune! Even unsigned ones are valuable.

In 2009, Heritage auctioned a framed 11/22/63 Dallas Morning News signed by JFK.  That's got to be one of the last autographs he signed - if not THE last.

Thanks for posting, Gary. It's been awhile since I've seen that item. It's become a very famous piece, and quite possibly the last autograph JFK signed. Didn't it sell for about $37,000 or so? Personally, I think the buyer got a very good deal. I think it will escalate big time over the years. It's truly one-of-a-kind. It's hard to find anything more rare.

I have no doubt it's authentic, but take a good look at it. I've been studying JFK autographs a lot over the last couple of years. He had SO MANY authentic variations to his signature. But this one has some unusual characteristics to it. Honestly, I think that if this were posted as a cut, without the date or the full picture, many of us here would question its authenticity...myself included. Obviously, it's authentic, but I don't think it would really be all that easy to say so if we didn't know its history.
