I had this same issue. In the top right corner where it says select store, click that and change to global. I was going to purchase through her store until I seen shipping to my area in the U.S was $20+.

i might be wrong but on her uk townsend store you can now buy just the cd and get a rather nice large signed photo/print i think before you had to buy the expensive bundle to get one,downside tm very expensive postage ,upside well packaged and will likley arrive undamaged
