Don’t buy from TalkShop. Complete SCAM of a company that sells autopens and takes ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY for the products they sell. You’ll have to chase them for WEEKS to try to get a return label, and then CHASE THEM AGAIN to try and get your actual refund. STAY AWAY and buy from anyone else. 

All offers come directly for the artists. We have offered over 500 artists events over five years. Since you are clearly unhappy with an item or items, if we did not resolve your concerns, please message me with the details and I will work with our customer service team to try to resolve your complaint, Brian.

I’m going to be direct—this situation isn’t acceptable and you’re losing customers left and right.

You’re clearly selling bad items, and the most recent example is the Hilary Duff pieces. These are 100% autopen. I haven’t seen a single legitimate one come through.

At some point, this needs to be owned. Issue refunds or send return labels proactively. Customers shouldn’t have to email multiple times just to get a response, especially on something this obvious.

Now that items have been returned and received, refunds should already be processed. Instead, people are still chasing you down for updates. That’s not how this should work.

The bigger issue is accountability. This can’t keep being passed off as “it’s the artist selling it.” You’re the one listing it, advertising it, shipping it, and handling returns. That makes it your responsibility.

If something is bad, own it and fix it. Better yet—put better controls in place so it doesn’t happen in the first place. Check stuff before you ship it. Anyone with a brain can see the Duff’s were bad.

Brian, Appreciate your candor. If you personally do not feel we addressed your specific issue to fair resolution, please send a PM with your specific order and open issues. While we encounter issues, we address as best as possible. Several hundred offers in the past year are delivered with little to no issue or complaint which allows us to continue to offer our artist shows and signed items form the artists. Your customer service comments will be looked into and again appreciate the input. 

Address the Hilary Duff situation publicly, right here. Why are you continuing to tell customers that “Atlantic Records stands behind its product” when these are clearly autopen signatures?

At this point, it’s obvious to anyone familiar with authenticated signatures that these are not hand-signed. So I’m asking directly—will you acknowledge that these are not authentic, or are you going to continue standing behind them as legitimate?

Customers deserve a clear, honest answer without having to chase repeatedly for it.

Bryan, in short, the intent to stand behind the product meaning if there are concerns, we will fairly address. If you requested we address what your concerns were and did not fairly resolve, PM me. We/I cannot attend the signings due to a very short window in most cases and the expense to be present if possible which would have to be partly passed on. Our partners including, the labels, management and artists most always operate in good faith and we are most appreciative of them. However, when a situation is called into question, we make best efforts to fairly address and I hope that is why we continue to offer what we do. Last word for now from me, I started out and remain an avid collector. So when anything is called into question or is suspect, I take the matter very seriously. Specifically, collectors who spend their hard earned money and expect to receive what is offered. PM me if you still have open issues and thanks again for your comments. 

And, yet, another non-answer from you. Answer the question: are the Hillary Duff you guys sold real? It’s such an easy question…

Not answering your question directly actually answers your question. Everyone on this forum knows they were faked. Her actual website gave return labels within a day and refunded the entire purchase without fighting the shipping part which they always do. And personally I was refunded from them within 4 days of mailing back.

I feel your pain. Been through it with them on several occasions and didn't feel the need to pile on. You nailed pretty much everyone's issues.

That’s exactly my point—they keep saying the label stands behind the product, but the label is clearly issuing refunds without any hassle and not even requiring returns. So this isn’t a label issue—it’s TALKSHOP making things difficult for customers.

At this point, it’s a pattern. Every time there’s a problem with bad autographs, TalkShop drags its feet instead of acting like a responsible seller. We’ve all seen this play out over and over again.

If they’re going to keep using this forum to promote and sell autographs, they need to be held accountable like any other merchant. Enough is enough.

I'm done with TSL. I was very patient with them waiting on a label.  Emails sent would take days, up to a week, without a response. I snapped and sent them a ton of messages. Their Web form only takes so much at a time so I waited a bit and did it again and again. Guess what?.. they got back to me right away. No more waiting for days. Claimed they sent me a return label previously but it was nowhere to be found. Although, they were kind enough to attach it to that reply haha. They are a joke. They receive our messages and choose to sit on them hoping you will forget. They know what they are doing and think they are slick. 

My return is on its way back. Will update if I have to fight again for the refund after delivery
