It is rather odd then - a cared for unblemished not aged fresh piece and yet torn nearly in half.

Shouldn't those bends and creases be flattened by now?

I don't like them either

It seems someone went out of their way to create the worst condition fake possible if that is the case. As I said earlier the signatures are "unusual". Maybe it's just me but if someone was going to fake a Rolling Stone set for money this would not be the way to do it successfully.

That was also my first impression. The MJ and BJ look like the same hand

I would say these are no good.

They certainly look very fresh for 50 or so years old. Paper too.

I have zero experience with RS material, but the big triangular loops ("J" ?) on the two signatures on the bottom left have an identical shape on the left side. One of the letters is incomplete but the overall shape looks the same to me.

That's what I found.

It's not a bad fake. As you can see, not everyone thinks it's fake. I've had a good look at the seller and he's sold some trash in the past.

Who is the seller? If you don't mind me asking.

From the looks of this seller's past items I do not have confidence in his autographs. He did have, what appears to be, an authentic Back to the Future signed poster and it was PSA authenticated. All the music stuff looked extremely questionable.
