Now being offered on eBay:

Amusing handwritten note to a letter from Governor Reagan to my Uncle.  They corresponded for many years and this is one of the originally signed letters of my Uncle's collection. The note says: P.S. I never thought I'd be in a job where I wore out brief cases, but I do.   Ron

Great memory you have there, Herman. It really leaves me scratching my head when I think what people will do to try to make a few extra bucks. The seller's ID is gmocbiz

Yes, I have a great memory, Steve, but it was one of my eBay buyers who pointed it out to me.

Give him everyone's thanks.

The TLS with the added "Ron" is no longer on eBay: "This listing (330684254631) has been removed, or this item is not available."

Hermann, are u saying u don't believe in paranormal activities?  excellent and it has one bidder as well...  and posted by a "top rated seller" no less.

You think the original intent was to make a "cut" out of the bottom of the letter... essentially making two Reagan signed items out of one? But when the fake added "Ron" failed to look convincing, he just kept it together and tried to unload the whole thing?
