Here is another pattern, and the same sellers that we see peddling the Jeters are selling these.  Look at this Koufax...there are several on ebay currently, all look the same, and all certed by Ebay's approved Authenticator.

Here's another one:

Harry, I think a lot of us here have the same "hunch."

Obvious junk, in my opinion. Whoever is doing these, Koufax is not his strong suit.

I wouldn't touch those with a ten foot pole

The problem with the Jeter autographs I showed in my GA thread and these Koufax autographs (and thousands of other autographs already sold) is that they have the appearance of looking genuine. In my opinion, these are pathetic.

Also, the majority of autograph collectors, because they don't know autographs,  also lack common sense.  Example, the below autographs are from the same seller.  The seller claims they acquired them in person.  Does anyone see anything unusual in the below two items?

I've noticed something unusual. The Cam Newton is really bad, the "C" should be much higher than the "A", and it's way too smashed together. The Bo Jackson is pretty bad too. Looks like the same pen pressure was used for all three autographs. What is Global doing?

The Cam Newton is absolutely slowly done, but what I was pointing to, is the fact that the two helmets and the signatures are once again carbon copies of each other.  According to the seller, all of their autographs are acquired in person, and yet, somehow, the signatures on these two helmets are practically identical (location on the helmet, etc).

I picked that up.  very stupid on the part of the "artist". to think they spend all this time practicing these forgeries, then they do something stupid like this.  same ink, too.

The seller of those items has sold hundreds of autograph items that are carbon copies of each other.  Look at all of the Derek Jeter signed baseballs I have posted.  They are all carbon copies of each other.

Check out these two:

Whoever is penning these items, gets into a certain mode where they have to pen the signatures in the same spot so that the signatures don't deviate.  But if they think about, that's the biggest mistake they made.  By not deviating, the signatures lack the variation that they should.  It's a red flag.

I have 100's of autos from all these people Bo Jackson here

Cam Newton

Pat Sullivan (this one is terrible on the Helmet) This is a Great man and a great friend to the family

Here is a few more of mine:

Guess you guys know why i use Cam Newton in examples for stuff. Well now you know I got a lot. But could somebody explain how they got the cert then. Is it fake?
