Is that authentic?

This isn't my strong suit although I do not believe these are authentic.

Thanks for your reply. Why do you think it’s not authentic ?

The main concern I have about the signatures is they lack a natural flow, imo. Tate's handwriting is very smooth and even in the examples I have seen.

As luck would have it, I recently acquired in-person examples from January 1969. The OP examples certainly look very restrained by comparison but obviously they are not in-person and not in thick felt-tip pen. I wouldn't totally rule them out. The Tate, in particular, (and that's the one that really counts) doesn't look totally off but we would really need to see other examples from that time that are not in-person.

I've copied in the OP first to make the comparison easier:

OP April 1969

Tate Jan 1969

Polanski Jan 1969

Thanks! On Pinterest i found another handwriting from Sharon (but I don’t know if that is even real..) but the sentences are exactly the same. Coincidence?

Here are examples of her name from last year's auction.

Here is the, the seller send it to me. COA

Based on all those exemplars I and the similarity of the inscription I would say that the OP is probably a fake - the Tate just looks too deliberate and not "feathery enough" to me.

Interested to hear other views...

Wow, it looks like someone copied almost the entire letter that Norman posted on the hotel stationary.

It reminds me of someone selling a forged Ronald Reagan autopen note some years back where the forger added a note on the end of the Reagan autopen making the entire portion seem authentic.

This autograph does not appear to be authentic.

Although she signed her name in a few different variations, the attached sample lacks the flow and slant belonging to Sharon's handwriting.
