That's a bummer. Before the current administration's trade war - they used to ship to the US all the time. I got my Dave Grohl and Brian Johnson books from them.

folks who are not in Ca can use a reshipper (I do this and check out via paypal).

a very expensive one, so I need to make sure it's a book I really want. To date I have been using Shipbymail (very reliable but costs a lot). I am currently looking at other options.

The Indigo listing was correct, by the way - they just updated it with the correct title and photo within the last day.
Come to think of it, there's a bunch of new listings on there - the Hoffman and Douglas signed books both have entries up there now.

You could speak to this better than I can, but have you experienced any unfulfilled listings from Indigo? The only one that comes to mind is The Passenger, Cormac McCarthy Signed Edition. I'm trying to figure out if the shop owner in the UK information is for all shops in the US, and Canada as well.

Indigo HAVE oversold and WILL cancel orders, this happened with Bono. Note that Indigo cancelling orders does not mean signed copies are not available anywhere else, like a previous post suggested.

There have been a few, as Dan said -- Bono, Grohl, maybe Sutherland(?) too, that I've personally experienced and expected at the time. I pre-ordered when this book was still an unknown listing, so I have no problem rolling the dice again. Wouldn't surprise me if they do cancel pre-orders, though.
