I was cordial. Doesn’t matter now. I have all my money back from my credit card company and they won’t be paid by them. If they want their record back they can be cordial to me and explain to me and the credit card company why they tried to commit fraud on the credit card company customers and why I should waste time and gas returning it because they broke the law.

if anyone wants a laugh this Christmas-time, it appears that ‘Snoop’ was so high signing one of mine that ‘he’ forgot how to spell his own name…

I think it goes without saying my complaint email to Interscope is already on its way too - glad they seem to be making this easy!

I thought they said they would only refund if they were still sealed, that’s what they told me anyway. I returned my 4 cds and 2 vinyl yesterday without ever opening them. It’s really bugging me that I didn’t see them and was wondering that what if I had some that were real lol, of course I realize that is just wishful thinking. I don’t know how many Rappers are gonna burn me before I quit trying

Mine were opened, to confirm the presence of the art-cards, and I’ve received the “we’d be happy to look into this for you” email, so I think you may be right.

I got the same response about them having to be unopened but that’s complete bs and they know it. I opened my two cds to confirm the fraud and will be sending back for a refund as well as filing a dispute with my cc company and CA atty general. Just because someone opened the item to actually see what they paid for shouldn’t negate the fact they defrauded their customers, got caught, and should be processing any and all refunds, no questions asked. Some of these companies are getting way too brazen.

Should we start scrutinizing Interscope Records offers now? Or is this too early to tell?

I ask because I just got my refund from the Gwen Stefani fake CD. Now, the Snoop packages I bought are going back.

Both are on labels on the parent label, Interscope.

Well my forwarding company that I use will start charging for storage from the 2nd of January so I will be out of pocket for the returns handling of $7 per package and $0.03 a day storage fee for each package of four CDs and two Picture Discs. $14 and several $0.03 out of pocket,

Well I can confirm they ask if the item is opened or sealed. I emailed them for a return label and refund and they responded with: “Before we proceed further kindly confirm with us if the item is still in the wrapping and unopened.

Upon your response we will have this resolved for you. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions or concerns.”

I confirmed that it is still sealed and they sent me a UPS label. They informed me that returns are FREE for US customers. So there’s that. What a bummer this whole thing was. Oh well… never again, Interscope.
