I have been collecting Star Wars autographs since 1998.  Not all of my signatures are on Star Wars memorabilia.  For example, when I met Warwick Davis at a comic convention in New York City, I had him sign a Willow photograph.  I also have publicity photos of Sir Alec Guinness and Christopher Lee from the 1970s, and a Natalie Portman signed The Diary of Anne Frank theater poster from her performance on Broadway back in 1998.  My current wish list includes Peter Cushing, Terence Stamp and John Williams.  I am interested in knowing about the collections and wish lists of other members.

The piece Mike calls atypical....is the only typical Ford piece in that batch. The crossover H is a usual Ford trait that I have not seen in a forger's repertoire yet. The other 3 unless I saw them signed in front of me.....I would be most uncomfortable with them.

Pete, are you referring to the same one that I am?  The one without an "F"?  I don't get it.

The F is there same height as the second drawn line of the H (which appears first to us).

The gun to head shot is the only one of the four that I can say with 100% confidence was signed by Ford.

Fron the shape of the first line he put on paper to the cross over second line to the flow of the signature that is all Harrison.

I see it now.  Thanks.  It still appears to be atypical to me.  I would feel better about it if it were the same height as the "H".

I agree, I'm surprised they all got stickered. The gun to head shot at least resembles the IP scribbles but I don't think there's enough there to be 100%, the rest don't look close to me.

Fun fact: all of them are currently being sold by press pass collectibles.

The dreaded Iron Triangle.

Any student of business especially Autographs knows that any transaction is made up of three things Quality, Service and Price.

It is said that a seller has to decide which of the two he is willing to give away, while keeping one for himself.

I can't speak to presspass' service, but their feedback on ebay says they get the job done there. The price is quite average so they gave in there a bit.....which means that they have chosen to keep the quality for themselves. Does that mean dump fakes on the unsuspecting market because you got stickers.....maybe.

Whenever I have sold autographs, I am sure to be positive that I am offering the highest quality photos and autographs and I deliver them in the quickest safest way possible. That usually means the the price is higher, I keep that for myself.

When the quality is not there for whatever reason, my service level remains the same and my price is reduced accordingly.

As buyers you need to decide what is most important to you........quality, service or price?

One thing is for sure, if I sent those 4 photos into PSA they would get rejected without a second look.  I don't catch presspass selling a lot of star wars stuff, but i know with 100% certainty they have sold music forgeries.  Myself and others have been calling them out on the board here for years. I wouldn't be surprised if one of the Ford's is real, and then they padded their inventory with fakes. When PSA looks at the pile they submitted, they just figured they got Ford, so 4 photos isn't unreasonable. Or maybe PSA just doesn't care because they are paying them thousands of dollars a month.  Who knows. Either way, it reflects poorly on PSA.

Did someone delete my reply?

If your reply was deleted I demand an explanation Mike T.  It appears to have been restored.  Thank the Maker.

I recently added these John Boyega, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac and Liam Neeson autographs from Skyline Signatures to my collection.  I am very happy to finally add a Liam Neeson autograph to my collection of Star Wars autographs.  Thank you Eric.

Great photos you added, Mike! Eric from Skyline is at the top of my list for hard to get Star Wars autographs. I highly recommend him and have never been disappointed.
