One of the rarest most desirable autographs

on the planet these days is Steve Jobs.

ebay has a Jobs signed check authenticated by PSA in 2003. One of my areas of interests is Jobs material.

Here is the eBay listing:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/STEVE-JOBS-100-ORIGINAL-HAND-SIGNED-CHECK-...

What is interesting is Jobs has never signed a check or document “Steve” always “Steven”.

I have yet to see a Jobs check that resembles this check. Has anyone? Also the signature looks wrong. Jobs

Has never produced anything resembling this signature.

attached is the PSA authentication.

Anyone out there interested in Jobs material and have an opinion on this?

Thank you

Tom

Posting one of the images from the ebay listing for reference.

I do not know Jobs' signature or habits for signing checks.  However, I was curious if any information could be gleaned from the check made out to "Francis Wahlgren" and the NeXT business card.  The NeXT workstation was launched in 1990 around the date on the check.  There is a Francis Wahlgren who has had a career as an auctioneer and had joined Swann Galleries as a cataloguer in 1990.

Not sure if any of this is connected or relevant but wanted to contribute something to this interesting post.

Thanks for jumping in on this..I was unable to find any reference to a Francis Walhgren lawyer for Jobs or Next. Jobs authentic exemplars are very limited and whats throwing me off about this item is it is an outlier. Nothing like it I have ever seen.
