Question:  Are all of truly unique collectibles certificates Of authenticity fake or did they produce any Legitimate autographs?

I have a Large Beatles item I inherited some time back that has a certificate from truly unique collectibles from almost 20 years ago. It still has the original sales receipt in with the certificate for quite a large amount of money.  I am new to this I’m just trying to find out as much as I can

Post a picture of your item and see what the forum

members think about its authenticity.

Truly Unique Collectibles was one of the scam crooked dealers caught by the FBI in the Operation Bullpen bust almost 20 years ago. From my recollection, I have never seen an authentic item accompanied by a Truly Unique Collectibles COA. In fact, an authentic item from them would have been truly unique.

That said, anything may be possible; miracles do occur. The only way to know for sure is to show the item.

Attached are photos.

I don't like this. Sorry, not good.

They don’t look authentic to me either, unfortunately.

Sorry to say they don’t look authentic to

me either.

No Thanks...don't like them...

Sadly, those signatures are all fakes. As others have pointed out, Truly Unique's value was only to themselves. At this point, after this much time has passed, there doesn't appear to be much recourse. We appreciate your bringing it to our attention.

Wow talk about bad memories!  My father ordered quite a few signed photos (primarily celebrity) which we sold in our store in the 90's, early 2000's.  We primarily dealt with sports, so celebrities (aside from the ones who actually did TTM) were off limits.  The owner of Truly Unique, James Ferrazzano, was sued by David Duchovny and Dean Cain 20 years ago for selling fakes of theirs.  Somehow he WON the suit, though the FBI nabbed him a few years later.  I still have scans of some of the pics which I long since tossed into the trash.  Now that I've become acquainted with the true autos of these actors, what Truly sold us was comically bad.
