What is up with Substance Collectables - Milton Luban

and like all good threads there are discussions witin discussions but this sub-discussion came up on a dealer Milton Lubin & http://www.substancecollectables.com/boxing_hall_of_fame___1
It appears that in 2003 although the Lubans were properly served but they failed to answer the complaint.

On 17 May 2012 the guys who were building a file heard the following news : He received a letter from the lawyers of Prince Marketing and Super Star Greetings today. Telling him to remove all items and images of Joe Frazier, Micky Ward, Roy Jones Jr, Hulk Hogan, Chuck Zito, Vinnie Paz and the Super Star Greetings logo. This guy is total scum and is getting what he deserves.

I wont pu the photos yet I will leave them as aces in our hands till we have too but I believe there is enough here to make your minds up if this is true or not.

Recently I received some photos that appear to have been photoshopped and were alleged to be used by Milton Lubin to promote his product offerings. The one on the left is what has been alledged as the real one while the one on the right has been alledged as fake ones that were used as "proof" pictures.

Since I have no dogs in this fight and Milton Lubin is an AML member here as was pointed out in the intial thread above, it would be pertinent to have some feedback on these claims and allegations.

I don't pay attention to anything on ebay. I only reply to posts placed on this forum. If you don't like reading forum responses then go someplace else. You must be a supporter of Substance Collectibles. I don't sell so no need to have a worry about competitors. Just hoping to keep Lubin from selling fakes to newbies with his "authenticated items" Do You know your way to Substance website? Go there knucklehead.....what a joke. Read the rest of this forum before you run your mouth.

There is no one here crying but you it sounds like. Let me explain. This is only 1 of many forums on this website. This forum is directed towards a proven seller of fake autographed items. We see this seller while we are out spending money shopping for ourselves and we report back to this forum so that other shoppers don't get ripped off. You may not give a damn but we do. If you don't like this forum or the facts laid out here then go back in your playpen and twiddle your thumbs. Do you know what a forum is? Sounds like you don't but it does sound like you are a supporter of the crook we find who has been shut down by ebay several times by using fake info to get past the ebay system. Anything this crook has authenticated and shows up on ebay gets removed by ebay without any of us having to do anything. We are here to protect newbies from getting ripped off by this seller. DUDE..join in or suck it up!!!

Your breaking the rules by asking to buy items, learn your rules and regulations! and who says it wouldn't be thru ebay? don't assume anything, Mr. Guard dog. Your asking in your post about items for sale or what Lotless has and where does it say its going to be a sale outside ebay, Please provide that to this forum. We will wait.

Luban.....funny you should reply finally.....which was the intent. I asked what items lotless2014 had and asked to list them on ebay and above I posted being told items could not be listed on ebay. So I pushed to see if an ebay seller that was shut down from selling would advertise items for sale and I was given a list and I was asked what I wanted. If lotsless2014 cannot list their items on ebay then my questions should not be answered and I should be told "I cannot sell". If I pursued to buy, which I had no intention of buying from a rip off seller that ebay removed all listings from selling, then lotsless2014 would have to sidestep ebay or redirect me to buy the item someplace else. Both against ebay policy. As a shopper I can ask all the questions I want. No pricing was discussed nor did I make an offer to buy anything. I take no advice from you. You are nothing but scum as proven throughout this forum. Lotlrss2014 is no more than a buyer now so lotless2014 cannot advertise inventory to sell via email within eBay. Calling me Mr. Guard Dog is damn right.

Hi, Dog, please keep the barking to a minimum as you are beginning to bore me. Are you guys just doing this to keep the forum going or trying to be real? Is ebay all you do? Go after the large ebay sellers if you want to really achieve something constructive? What do you sell big guy? I bet you are just a buyer, right? Let me pick apart your items?? Let me tell you who i am? I am veteran of the business who has done more than all of you guys together!! I am sure i will hear from the punks or whom i should say, other guard dogs who think they know the hobby?? Without bragging, i have done well over 1M in sports, political, and other genre and am well respected all over the world If you want to really accomplish something good for all of us then all you guys should go after companies like Coaches Corner whom sell, lets just say, very suspicious items.

And did you see the other post, he SAID 1,000.000 Dollars in sports memorabilia. I really wish you could post the stuff you buy or own, your personal memorabilia and what certs are on the pieces. I really would love to see your and everyone's collection, is there a place on this forum where people can post what they own or just purchased? And someone said in another post that you guys here are important, in what way. That's funny! In what way do any of you guys contribute to this hobby? You guys are either dealers who think they know it all, or collectors who think they know this hobby. Come now guys, show your memorabilia!

No one answers the last post about you guys going after the real big guys who make millions selling fakes, Coaches Corner? Do you guys even know who that is? Do you guys know anything other than ebay. which happens to be filled with fakes. As your reading this, there are probably hundreds of items being listed on ebay without any type of recognized certification. or how about the pieces that say "We guarantee to pass third party authentication" Your telling me that deserves to be on ebay? And you ask why did I photo shop myself with all the celebrities I am with on my website, do you really think every picture is photo shop? Go to my gallery and look at hundreds of photo's that are on the site with multiple pictures of a celebrity and myself. That's photo shop? idiots... Oh and I guess when I hang out with Ali and took pictures at the Ali center with all the celebrities... that's photo shop? Oh and The Jackson 5 and myself is also photo shop? or Shaq, or Jordan, or Melo, or Koby and myself? and the list goes on... But you want to know or your dying to know why I am with Stallone in a suite with gloves on, and Ali with myself when we all know that picture was Ali and will smith during the Ali movie preview.
