Did Mick sign the J differently at times? Topper signature I don't know at all but this one looks consistent with examples I've found. Your help and opinions are much appreciated.

I don't know these sellers but they are either ignorant, just don't care, or are a party to the manufacture. They have been on ebay quite a while too, so no excuse for ignorance.
