You could send whatever $9.50 is in gbp, I think it’s about £7.48

I get my IRC's, when I need them from Canada.  It makes it a whole lot easier to get them when you open up an account with Canada and follow the links and order them that way.  There is even a US phone number, so you don't have to pay international rates, for Canada that you can call and they can help you with almost anything.  Also, with some American ingenuity you can go onto the foreign countries postal web sites and figure out what amount of stamps, in that countries currency, you would need and order them straight from that country.  Big plus would be to know how much your item weighs.  The postal sites even have ways to help you figure that out too.
