Can This Jersey Be Saved?
Bobby Orr jersey, signed and inscribed for me. But leaking hairspray made some of the inscription run.
Where can I go to get this restored? Can it be restored?

Most likely it cant be saved . But you can have a hand painted picture of bobby orr painted on it and cover up the bleeds. I ll post an example of a painting. The only thing is , is that the painting may cost you $400-500
