22-year-old Shirley Temple married Charles Black in 1950 and signed "Shirley Temple Black" if you sent her a movie still.
26-year-old Grace Kelly married Prince Rainier of Monaco in 1956 and signed "Grace de Monaco" on photographs picturing her as Princess.
