As you can observe the "Babe Ruth" is a forgery.

Now according to Lee Trythall and Scott Malack this has been "authenticated" by Beckett.

But if you look up the cert number it belongs to a Barry Sanders autograph.

I have no sympathy for the person (not a true collector) who wasted $6,781.00 on this garbage.

Why didn't the buyer go to the Beckett website and perform a "Cert Check?"

Delusional?

Might we observe this in the future on Ebay?

Or will the buyer get the shock of their life when they attempt to submit it to a major auction house.
