"I'd love to know as well, because I've seen one just like this for sale. The important traits here are:1. "Always": This usually accompanies this version of the signature, which worries me. Possibly signifying secretarial? 2. The…"

About Me

What kind of member are you? (Check as many as apply.)
Collector, Fan
What would you like to tell us about yourself, your collecting, or business.
Our website gives the basics, and will be offering more & more info & resources in the coming months:

www.LostVegas.us
What is your level of expertise?
Intermediate Collector, Advanced Collector, Long Time Lover
Why do you want to join Autograph Live?
Avid collector of vintage Las Vegas relics & memorabilia, and founder of the charity-supporting Las Vegas & Greater Nevada historical preservation project known as Project: Viva Lost Vegas. We have many autographs in our growing collection.
Who can we thank for telling you about us?
Google
What are your areas of interest?
History/Politics, Books/Literature, Modern Hollywood and Stage, Classic Hollywood and Stage, Music, SciFi, Horror
Why do you collect?
An unhinged passion for old Las Vegas & Nevada history, and the preservation thereof. We focus on the entertainers of the classic era(s), as well as anything casino, resort, restaurant, mid-century/ tiki culture or cheap/ roadside motel-related.
What is your favorite autograph in your collection?
Jack E. Leonard, in the form of a 1953 signed endorsement on the reverse of a branded check for his entertainment services at the old El Rancho Vegas. This was the very first resort on the Las Vegas "Strip". (called US Highway 91 at the time)

ERV opened in 1941, and tragically burned down in 1960. Jack was quite the character, as you'll see if you seek out Jerry Lewis' madcap comedy 'The Disorderly Orderly' (1964). Just keep an eye out for FAT JACK near the beginning of the film, and definitely be sure to have a large-sized strait jacket within close reach.
You can ask anyone living or dead for their autograph. Who would it be?
Louis Prima & Keely Smith
