What would you like to tell us about yourself, your collecting, or business.

I’m a Pittsburgh native, so I mostly collect Pittsburgh sports memorabilia. Penguins, Steelers, and Pirates. I would also like to start dabbling in a few actor autographs, mainly my favorites, Stallone, Arnold, Clint eastwood. I don’t sell any of my stuff. Never have, probably never will. I do give some of it away as gifts however

Why do you collect?

I really enjoy the interactions with the players. I was also introduced at a very early age to the hobby. I have a picture with Willie Stargell from when I was 3 years old, and he also happens to be my very first autograph. Finally, I enjoy the “thrill of the hunt”. Nothing to me is more satisfying than finishing a piece that I have been trying to get done for a long time.

What is your favorite autograph in your collection?

It’s a toss up between my signed game used Evgeni Malkin stick, and my 16x20 of Mario Lemieux and Sidney Crosby on the ice together.
