What would you like to tell us about yourself, your collecting, or business.

I collect primarily classic Hollywood and Broadway in themed groups. The entire cast of films such as It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World. With Broadway I collect anyone associated with Stephen Sondhiem.

Why do you collect?

I enjoy feeling a connection to people that have made a real impression on me. In the case of Sondhiem it’s because he a hero, a genius who I fear may not be with us much longer.

What is your favorite autograph in your collection?

Gypsy Rose Lee. It’s from a guest registry and signed “THE Gypsy Rose Lee!” Very bold and dominating the page. Her sister June is on the same page as well as the cast of F Troop. It’s very quirky.

Real specific, an autographed photo of Jayne Mansfield cutting the ribbon of a White Front store. Something I experienced when I was ten.
