Victim Demands Genuine Replacement of Forged Babe Ruth Baseball Certified by AAU/Drew Max

Las Vegas's KLAS-TV8's "8 On Your Side" does a very good job covering this collector's frustrating story.

"Drew Max is never wrong". LOL. Sheesh what a bad joke. Ruth in that condition for $1,450 should've been a HUGE red flag. Glad to see this stuff get some news coverage, need more of it.

Its good to see Steve from PSA on Pawn Stars know. AAU is trash like Global Authentics.

I have absolutely no sympathy for the buyer (Jim Clemmons) of that crap.

He's been trying to unload his "Babe Ruth" ever since.  He's had it on Ebay and Craigslist.

You can't have sympathy for this dope. He got them to offer a full refund of his $1450 (!), which he now very publically knew couldn't buy a fairly authenticated 'word cut', let alone a solid white baseball with an 8/9 signature and this schmuck says no- 'I paid my $1450 for a Babe Ruth ball, I want my Babe Ruth ball'. Forget that he, no doubt, passed all the $50K, $20K, $8K, $3K balls on eBay with JSA slips (for what that's worth) and went straight to bullshitauction.com to get a $1400 Babe Ruth ball with a Joe Schmoe slip- he plays stupid throughout and even gets a news outlet to throw him a victim party. I'm sorry he didn't get stuck for more because he's a pure f'king whining, cheap bastard wiseguy crybaby. Even worse, he'll gladly dump it on the next schmuck who bypasses reality & research- this guy's as dishonest as the guy who sold the ball in the first place.

How can anyone expect a seller to give back more that the amount paid for an item.  I agree no one in this comes out looking very good.  if the buyer refused the refund then I also have no sympathy for him whatever.

No comment at this time, but would like to know what a MEADOWLARK LEMON
