Phil Sears is the best person to contact about Disney autographs, although I am not sure he actually gives opinions any more.  I believe at one time he did.

According to his web site he still authenticates and offers quick opinions.

Good to know.  I recall a few experts of specific items no longer offering opinions, wasn't sure who it was though.  Thanks for clarifying Joe.

Agree. Phil is super credible and highly recommended. Well worth the $35 fee for an email opinion. And I would use him for written letters, too.

I would also add if he thinks it's genuine and you are considering selling it I would recommend you submitting it to him to get his COA on it. It will pay for itself and more.
