Hi All, I just found your magazine and it's cool, great reference. I have a quandary, I've acquired two albums of 50's movie stars, most are signed, some personalized to the lady that got them. I know who she is, that she was a film critic/screener and her father was a photo director for MGM. Most of the 8x10's are MGM publicity shots with briefs on the back. The lady had a house full of old "press kits", posters and what not. I've spent hours on the net going over these things and there's no way any of it is fake, so now what? How do you prove to someone they are real, how do I get a fair price for them?
I have sold many items on Ebay, including autographs, I was a news photog for many years and was fortunate enough to meet rarely accessible people. Thanks for any advice..
