After a thousand controversies and an arrogant response (not all), I would also like to say my opinion. 

I wrote here for other opinions and to help in understanding how a true autograph of lennon can be. Many have questioned whether the same images Epperson judged them to be real. Do not believe it is not my problem

Those who feel expert, can have help and understand why a great expert judges the same real thing and have an extra gear for the future. I do not say that Epperson is the "God" of authentications, but he is a great expert. End.

It is hard say original if not see in person.... Yes, i see now a similar john lennon signature but this is not all to say original...

I wish you luck in finding a Lennon that you are satisfied with and is uncontroversial. You might consider going to Tracks or Perry Cox, to name a few. You'll pay more, but if you post a picture of your new purchase in this forum, you'll likely receive a few positive comments and you'll be confident that you have a nice item.

You received a bit of negativity here. That's the chance you take when you ask for opinions about anything - an autograph, religion, politics, or anything else that comes down to viewpoints and opinions. But, rest assured that, I don't believe anyone on here meant to show any negativity toward you personally.

I likely speak for everyone in this forum when I wish you the best of luck in your pursuit.

Daniele,

When you receive the piece and can take more and larger photos front and back, post them. That may tell more. I prefer large, sharp photos to scans because you can often see it more like we would in person.

I think we are at the point, especially with vintage signatures, where you have to: trust the source and the history behind the piece, look to those who have been doing this a long time (know whose opinions to trust), and do your own signature study from that person in and around the date ot would have been signed.

I trust Caiazzo, Perry Cox, Paul and Jason of Tracks, and Roger Epperson. That being said, they are all just human and make mistakes. If multiples of them agree then that is fantastic! Still it is your money and unfortunately most of us weren't around in the sixities or saw these vintage signatures we own be signed. On anything you buy you have to do ypur own due dilligence and educate yourself always. The one with the most vested interest is yourself because you own it!

I personally wouldn't want a vintage signature on a cut. Unless I knew with a shadow of a doubt when/where/ and for whom it was signed for. Way to much copying and other new technologies being invented to make you wonder. I want to know the history behind it all. I am not saying the George is bad, I just want to be satisfied beyond an LOA for myself that what I own is real. I don't even mean that to add doubt, just that you did your research and If you are satisfied even without Perry or Roger's opinion than that is great! 

However it is your own sense of happiness that you have to worry about, not ANYONE elses.

Don't quite understand why this discussion keeps going on and on over the same points. It appears that the big names in the authentication business believe that it is genuine. Why, then, is it so important to get the opinions of members here to all agree to that. I have to wonder, if it takes this much discussion, what's the point?

The autograph now has a LOA from a recognized expert. End of story.

Exact. Epperson said that for him it is real, others expected me to post the email with the answer, but I will not. 

I do not have to sell it here and the post wanted to be a help for everyone, how many opinions there are and how important is the opinion of an expert

Maybe those who feel expert, can understand why a great expert, judges it real from the picture.

Obviously Epperson is not a god and only in person can more accurately evaluate the autograph, this clear, but at least I have a starting evaluation.

An expert opinion is very important until they make a mistake and you get stuck with a forgery. Then it isn't quite as important as you thought.
