Authenticity Check: Iron Maiden, Linkin Park and Dio autographs
Hi, I am new to this forum. I own the 3 pictured items and they have COA and LOA, but I am looking to see if I have been scammed.
I am a new collector and may go ahead and go get them checked by another authentication company.
These items are hand signed with a hologram and LOA and COA. I paid over $500 for all 3 items plus auctioneers premium and shipping....
I need some good news here as I planned on donating them for a charity event and do not want to get sued...
Who should I use?

The only reason I suggested roger is incase he needs it for a refund. He might need independent documentation that's why.

Amber/Yesenia/KerryAnn,I attempted to resolve this thru conversations with Amber who told me she would have me send the items to PSA/DNA, Beckett or JSA since we could not locate the items on the website on the LOA (AAS). She told me she would contact me after her attempts to locate the items on AAS and she could not and neither could I. But the most disappointing part of the whole thing is that AAS is not a recognized authentication service. There is no contact information for any inquiries and no names on the site of who the authenticators are. Te Masthead of the AAS website was last updated on 2017. Beckett, PSA/DNA, JSA, all offer contact information to speak to a live person and provide contact email. I submitted an email thru the AAS website, but no response.I purchased the listed items and are confirmed to be NOT AUTHENTIC. I am requesting a refund for the items purchased in good faith as listed on in the description as well as proof of authenticity. Your company states that you stand by your products with a lifetime guarantee and I am looking to take you up on that for 100% of the charges made for the purchases. OGuys, I really appreciate your responses. I really feel stupid because I do my homework on everything before I buy anything. Especially online purchases. I was blinded and wanted to believe it so bad. These are my favorite bands and I’m saddened.
I will contact them then and try to get them to help me get refunded. I filed a complaint with the bbb.org

don't feel stupid this company pop up around 6 months ago and we been warning against since day one .they lure people in and luckly weve been able to help out .
it will work out especialy with pay pal.
u might want to talk to pay pal don't open a claim but ask them your options they are really good in advising

I spoke with Yesenia at Luxewest. She didn't have any information to help me with and told me she spoke with Amber and she was handling it. I asked for contact information to give me on Autographsauthenticationsevices.com
I feel like this is going to drag on. I looked on my paypal account and the companies are not under the name...its another billing company. I will look into it on BBB.org

Ok. Spoke with Amber and Aston at Luxe West. They sounded very surprised and said they would send them to PSA/DNA or JSA for authentication. Or I can get a refund. I asked them to refund it. Or should I wait to get them authentication by JSA, PSA/DNA or Beckett.
Does ES anyone have any thoughts on this. From what I understand these companies are authentic. Or am I wrong?

Take photos and video of you packing them up and sealing the boxes. Send them signature required. Ask them how long it will take to get your refund. Get the refund in a credit back to the way you paid or some instant good funds.
